• Lead and manage end-to-end technology programs for Cash Management and Host-to-Host solutions, including onboarding, enhancements, migrations, and regional integrations.
• Define and maintain the program roadmap, milestones, and delivery dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and operational readiness.
• Orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams (development, integration, infrastructure, security, operations).
• Establish and enforce program governance, controls, and delivery standards.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) across the program.
• Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, risk, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead change management and scope impact analysis.
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and decision papers.
• Manage program budget, funding, and cost tracking
